All Premier instructors are full time, professional instructors and are graduates of a Certificated Instructor Training programme. Working with child development specialists and experts in child education our team are the only professionally trained instructors in the area.

Mr Golding is the Head Kickboxing Instructor at Premier Ruislip. Mr Golding began training with Master Foran in his early teens and very quickly fell in love with martial arts and the confidence it gave him. After his success in K1 Kickboxing competitions, Mr Golding turned his focus to passing on his knowledge to Premier’s students and has done so as a full-time instructor for over 10 years. Martial arts has given Mr Golding the opportunity to travel and train with some of the best gyms and coaches in the world and the opportunity to help students of all ages improve their confidence, discipline and self-defence on a daily basis.
