Born into the Foran family Miss Foran has been involved in martial arts her whole life, she officially started training as a little dragon at the age of 3. She started her kickboxing journey with her brother so they could both learn the importance of martial arts, gain confidence and explore a new skill. At the age of 6 miss Foran wanted to improve her all round abilities so she explored Brazilian Jiu Jitsu aswell as kickboxing.
After becoming more comfortable in the sport Miss Foran decided her next steps where to compete in kickboxing at the age off 8. At the age off 14 she competed in BJJ winning every tournament! With this love for martial arts she wanted to help educating the younger generation in our kickboxing & BJJ classes. Miss Foran has a coaching and development qualification and is PT qualified.
Miss Foran continues to work alongside our children and adults hoping to give them more confidence in themselves while learning a great discipline!

Asst. Instructor
Year started training:
2012 (Age 4)
Martial arts grades:
Kickboxing 1st Degree Black Belt
Competition Experience:
2x bronze medalist open national k1 tournament (15 and 16 in adult category)
Born into a family of deep movie lovers Mr Wassan grew up watching the likes of “Enter The Dragon” and the legendary “Karate Kid” movies. As his fourth birthday came, so did the white uniform with a little green dragon as he began training as a little dragon. It came at the perfect time too as it helped him develop the confidence and self esteem to combat being bullied at his primary school, being a rather chubby, glasses-wearing boy.
Mr Wassan stayed consistent even when he didn’t feel like it, when he was sometimes forced to come to training by his parents who served as the biggest motivators in his life instilling respect, an unrelenting drive and a second to none competitive nature. As he continued his training his passion grew deeper and deeper, having the pleasure of being taught by Mr Binding and Mr Golding, again instilling respect, compassion and the inescapable desire to achieve at the highest level and many other instructors.
Attending a boys boarding school from 11 to 16 he continued his sporting carrer playing school-boy rugby and rowing at a national level as well as participating in other sports such as cricket and attempting (and failing) at fencing. Mr Wassan also participated in his schools combined cadet force where he excelled and in a small section of 7 other team members won Cadet Cambrain Patrol achieving a Gold and Best CCF.
His love for the sport never faded and he has decided to give back to the community with the hope of instilling those same great values as all of his teachers both on and off of the mats!
