Our adult’s classes aren’t the typical kind of class where you’ll march up and down the hall hitting the air. You’ll be able to take advantage of our full range of equipment to develop correct techniques, speed & power.
Our experienced and qualified coaches will help you to develop skills and knowledge, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist already.

Women who are concerned about their personal safety often begin classes to learn self defence.
Men who want the benefits of an aerobic workout, with more structure and diversity, love training in the martial arts. Martial arts like Kickboxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provide a strong cardiovascular workout with high level of personal challenge, while relieving stress and tension.
